“The balance between exercise and life has always been a struggle for me. Over many years I have spent more money than I can remember on gyms,trainers, and excercise equipment. I have made numerous excuses not to go the gym, to cancel appointments with trainers or to use the excercise equipment as a clothes hangar. That was until I finally decided to buy a Schwinn Airdyne, something I have wanted for years. From the moment I got on it I knew it took away my excuses not to excercise. The large soft seat lets me ride in comfort but if you want an upgraded seat, one is available. The smooth peddle motion is synchronized with the moving handle bars so you can really feel it equally working your arms and legs. What I think I like best of all is the wind from the spinning fan blades. It really does feel great when you are working up a sweat to feel that cool air in your face. A battery powered monitor rotates info like time, speed, calories burned. When you finish your session the monitor gives you final readouts so you can track exactly what you’ve accomplished. This is a sturdy,well manufactured bike that required only minor assembley to set up. (Someone did that for me but I could have done it too.) It is a nice looking bike that takes less space than a reclining chair so it can fit easily into any room or decor. In my experience I have never invested in a better piece of exercise equipment. Weight management is easy now and the Airdyne is so gentle on my arthritic knees that it is a pleasure to excercise so there are no more excuses. This product is truly worth your money.”
